Christine is passionate about alternative proteins and plant-forward innovation, reshaping the future of food by merging delightful sensory experiences, nutrition, and sustainability. Her expertise spans plant protein, soups, sauces, condiments, bakery, and more. She's worked with with leading organizations in Canada and the United States, including Canada's Smartest Kitchen at the Culinary Institute of Canada, Campbell Soup Company, Chosen Foods, Oasis Naturals, Pulse Canada, USA Pulses, The Almond Board of California and more.

She’s worked with trailblazing startups like Konscious Foods, Luvo, and Rubicon Organics, as well as industry leaders such as Little Potato Company, Freybe Gourmet Chef, and Aspire Bakeries. Her deep understanding of both product development and manufacturing enables her to craft practical, scalable solutions tailored to the unique needs of every client.
